I watched this process myself, helping my wife with the holiday cooking, and was pleasantly surprised by the speed of her work. Any housewife knows how much time and effort it takes to make steep butter dough for pies or bread, if you make it by hand. The machine does the same thing, but 2.5-3 times faster. Thanks to the clever planetary mechanism for rotating the nozzles, absolutely the entire contents of the bowl are mixed, no matter which nozzle is used. Dough, protein or butter creams, minced meat or pate - everything is kneaded perfectly. The machine has a very powerful electric motor (1200 W), capable of working for a long time without interruption, and a bowl made of impact-resistant transparent borosilicate glass bowl. The price is high, but the body is made of inexpensive plastic and in general it looks very ordinary in appearance. The regulator has 8 speeds, but, in my opinion, 4 would be enough.
