Купил телефон в NOVAMOBILA, спустя неделю часть экрана перестала реагировать. Перезвонил в магазин, сказали отправлять обратно, и если случай гарантийный то все затраты будут за счет магазина. Случай оказался гарантийный, отправили на ремонт. Каждую неделю говорили, что аппарат готов, и на этой неделе телефон отправят обратно. Спустя месяц получил (пришлось оплатить и обратную доставку), неработающая часть сенсора заработала. НО! Сенсор работал уже не так шустро как раньше, и на экране появилось пятно, небольшое, но очень заметное на темном фоне (битый пиксель). Позвонил, сказали отправить повторно, разберутся. Отправил (опять оплатил пересылку), в этот раз телефон вернули через неделю. НО!!! Все, что они сделали, это сняли, наклеенное мною ранее, защитное стекло (купил за 100грн), и наклеили вместо него дешевую защитную пленку (ее цена 15-20грн). Сенсор работает так же, пятно осталось, в гарантийном талоне пометка (неисправность не выявлена). ИТОГ: Потратил на пересылку 140грн+100грн стекло, и остался с битым пикселем, и тугим тачем. Я очень довольна, кто не гонится за брендами, но любит хорошую технику - рекомендую. Очень хороший телефон для своей цены. Брала 3 месяца назад, пока не вижу даже ближайшего конкурента. 8 ядер, 2гг- оперативка - позволяют быстро работать в фотошопе, 5,5 - экран, при этом лёгкий. 3000 зарядки хватает как рассчитано.Фотки отличные. Киносъёмка позволяет приближать объект съёмки и звук записывает не плохо. Проверила на соответствие характеристик - хорошо вписывается в обещенные параметры. не хватает закалённого экрана - решила проблему наклеив небьющееся стекло. При киносъёмке видны пиксели. Оперативка занимает половину памяти ( хотя памяти хватает на 2-3 фильма). Я взяла аппарат прошитый под русский язык - сама побаиваюсь этим заниматься - очень не плохо, несколько опечаток. i recommend it should buy |

В комплектацию так же входят чехол и плёнка на экран, однако украинские жлобы продают эту комплектацию за деньги. Не верите? Закажите его на "Али" или скатайте в "поднебесную" и убедитесь сами. Превосходный аппарат, в заводском комплекте идёт чехол и плёнка на экран. Украинсие жлобомагазины "радуют" враньём. На этом сайте куча отзывов, написанных самими работниками сайта и продавцами.
