Можно ли уменьшить количество пикселей? #

Подскажите, пожалуйста, есть ли в настройках возможность уменьшить количество мегапикселей?
И вообще будет ли это влиять на качество фото?
Если не трудно, то объясните чайнику) Заранее благодарна.
