Куплены 4 машинки 20.11.2019. Работают на износ, используется в частной прачечной. Каждый день по 4-5 циклов стирки на 60 градусах делает каждая машинка. За время эксплуатации только раз сбилась программа на одной машинки, но при таких нагрузка раньше глючили AEG и Electrolux (made in Italy). Короче машинки бомба. У меня 5 лет прачечная и за 2-3 месяца выходили из строя разные машинки. Ремонтировались по гарантии и работали дальше, а тут почти пол года и ни разу не подвели. Купив машину 28.11.2019. Вчора жінка поставила прати нижню білизну. Через 2 години машина почала гудіти, зупинив прання, відкрив люк і побачив зняте залізне кільце фіксатор і зажованний манжет. Звернувся в Samsung, в гарантії відмовили, сказали це не гарантійний випадок. Вартість ремонту буде десь 2000 грн., якщо через сервісний то 4000. якщо буде заміна без сервісу, то гарантія діяти більше не буде. Перш чим купувати машину, подумайте, чи згодні ви оплатити потім ремонт не по вашій вині. До цього була пральна машину електролюкс за 5000 грн, працює до цього часу, 7 років вже, без жодних нарікань.
