Knowing how much I love baking for my family, my sister gifted me this food processor. I probably wouldn't have bought it for myself, and I might have been too shy to ask my husband, but I shouldn't have worried. It turned out to be a very useful machine and not very expensive. This machine is just perfect for homemakers who love treating their families to various baked goodies. In fact, the machine is specifically designed to handle the toughest and most physically demanding parts of dough preparation. It features a large four-liter stainless steel bowl, allowing you to make about 1.6 kg of dough in one go. However, from my experience, for sticky and dense dough, it’s better to reduce the load to 1.3-1.4 kg. This way, the process goes quickly and does not strain the electric motor. As for the quality of the dough, it’s excellent. The planetary mechanism ensures the attachments move around and thoroughly mix the entire volume of the bowl, preventing lumps or other inconsistencies. The machine comes with three attachments: a hook for thick dough, an A-shaped paddle for lighter dough, and a classic whisk. The attachments can operate at six fixed speeds. The machine whips egg whites and cream well. Thanks to this device, cream frosting has actually become our favorite now! )) The motor isn't the most powerful, so you can't prepare more than one and a half kilograms of dough at a time with this mixer. Once, I tried to make two kilograms of rich dough for pastries, and it struggled so much that it actually scared me. I won't be doing that again; I'm afraid it won't handle it. |
