Knowing how much I love baking for my family, my sister gave me this food processor. I wouldn’t have bought this for myself, and I probably would have been embarrassed to ask my husband, but in vain. The car turned out to be very useful and not very expensive. This machine is simply created for housewives who love to pamper their families with various flour yummy. In fact, the machine is specially designed to perform the most difficult and physically demanding part of the dough work. It has a large 4 liter stainless steel bowl that can cook something like 1.6 kg of dough at a time. However, from experience I will say that for a viscous and dense dough, it is better to reduce the load to 1.3-1.4 kg. In this case, the process goes quickly and does not strain the electric motor. As for the quality of the test, everything is fine with this. The planetary mechanism forces the nozzles to pass and mix well the entire volume of the bowl, so that no clots or other inhomogeneities are formed. There are three nozzles: a hook for thick dough, an A-shaped spatula for light dough and a classic whisk. The attachments can rotate at six fixed speeds. The machine beats egg whites and cream well. Butter cream, thanks to this device, has now become our favorite in general)) The engine is not the most powerful, so more than one and a half kilograms of dough at a time cannot be cooked with this combine. Once I put food in it for two kilograms of pastry for pies, so the poor fellow was so tense that I was even scared. I won’t repeat this again, I’m afraid I won’t stand it. |
