A spacious and relatively inexpensive food processor, which is well suited for preparing numerous creams, soups, purees, dough, etc. The model pleases with a variety of colours: from classic steel to bright light green, yellow or purple. It features a capacious stainless steel bowl, which is designed for 4 liters — with such a volume, you can cook up to 1.6 kg of thick dough at a time.
The harvester is equipped with 4 removable interchangeable nozzles with a convenient bayonet fastening system. A special clutch protects the gearbox from contamination during cooking and working with various products. The kit includes the following attachments: a kneading hook that is well suited for working even with heavy yeast dough, an A-shaped whisk for mixing, a spherical (round) whisk for whipping.
The Sencor STM 3620 food processor supports a fairly advanced planetary mixing technology — during operation, not only the working tool rotates, but the bowl itself. This significantly improves the quality of mixing and allows you to get a more homogeneous dough. The device operates with a power of 600 W and supports 6 speeds covering the range from 52 to 172 rpm. Additionally, a pulse mode is provided — work with short breaks, which shows itself well in mixing complex, viscous or dense products.

Knowing how much I love baking for my family, my sister gifted me this food processor. I probably wouldn't have bought it for myself, and I might have been too shy to ask my husband, but I shouldn't have worried. It turned out to be a very useful machine and not very expensive. This machine is just perfect for homemakers who love treating their families to various baked goodies. In fact, the machine is specifically designed to handle the toughest and most physically demanding parts of dough preparation. It features a large four-liter stainless steel bowl, allowing you to make about 1.6 kg of dough in one go. However, from my experience, for sticky and dense dough, it’s better to reduce the load to 1.3-1.4 kg. This way, the process goes quickly and does not strain the electric motor. As for the quality of the dough, it’s excellent. The planetary mechanism ensures the attachments move around and thoroughly mix the entire volume of the bowl, preventing lumps or other inconsistencies. The machine comes with three attachments: a hook for thick dough, an A-shaped paddle for lighter dough, and a classic whisk. The attachments can operate at six fixed speeds. The machine whips egg whites and cream well. Thanks to this device, cream frosting has actually become our favorite now! )) The motor isn't the most powerful, so you can't prepare more than one and a half kilograms of dough at a time with this mixer. Once, I tried to make two kilograms of rich dough for pastries, and it struggled so much that it actually scared me. I won't be doing that again; I'm afraid it won't handle it. |
