Our family moved into a new apartment at the beginning of summer. The holiday was long-awaited, construction was completed about a year ago and repairs continued for more than six months. Of course, we bought a lot of completely new equipment for the new apartment, but there was a delay with the food processor and I waited for my new product only at the end of summer. But it was worth the wait. This is not just a vegetable cutter, which is essentially what cheap food processors are, but a real multifunctional machine. Most of all, I was pleased with her dough mixing abilities, in this sense she is really very good. I love making delicious pies, cakes and cookies for children, so this helper was very helpful. Its capacious more than five-liter bowl is made of stainless steel. In it at a time I cook up to two kilograms of dough. It would probably fit more, but we do not have such a need. There are two different nozzles for different types of dough. In the same bowl, you can quickly and incredibly high-quality whip egg whites or cream. The foam comes out with such a stand that you can never get with a conventional mixer. The harvester also includes a good meat slaughterer. I only used it once, and even then for a chicken, but it did an excellent job. The slicing-shredding unit is good, I don’t use it often, but if I’m preparing a table for guests, then it greatly speeds up the work. In addition, there is also a blender, milkshakes come out wonderful in it. Slicing and shredding are not always the same size. Tight fastening of nozzles for dough, it’s hard for me to get them, I’m afraid to break something. |
In three days we remade almost everything: the minced meat (the fillet is as simple as grinding butter, the pork is easy, the beef is with great difficulty, I twisted it three times to free the knife from the films), the shredder is just a song - carrot salad in a minute and whole fingers, kneading the dough for pasta - awesome! Melnichka - for three pulse approaches of 10 seconds, coffee is not drinkable, but for a Turk it’s normal. Whisk: I dropped a piece of yolk into the whites, it didn’t create a lasting foam, I’ll try again, but by adding the rest of the ingredients, I mixed a great sponge cake dough - baked into a rich, homogeneous, finely porous mixture. The second time, 6 whites were whipped into a stable foam. Attachment for pasta: the noodles are cooked perfectly (the dough must be left in the refrigerator or freezer for 20 minutes, loaded into the hole in small portions and pushed). Thanks to three drives, I was grinding minced meat and kneading dough at the same time) - I felt the overload, the machine vibrated. Next up for testing is a blender.... A beautiful, powerful and functional car. A complete set of application nozzles! Coffee beans - do not use a meat grinder: the knife does not work well with beef. |
