To deceive the buyers due to the dependence on the current characteristics, the replacement is 295 amperes, the inverter has a maximum of 186 amperes, the current-voltage characteristics are not regulated, which is very negatively influencing the use of electrodes UONI-13/55, I will try to explain:
On the packaging of the UONI-13/55 electrodes, it is indicated that the recommended charging current is 70-110 amperes. With a trial path, I installed the UONI-13/55 electrics, which will be more or less normally ignited and burn stably when the current is set to 145-150 amperes (according to the indicator of this inverter), I want a seam when it’s nasty (too much slag), the process of zvaryuvannya control is quite important (the arc is constantly striving to go out, the metal is more sprayed). Why so vіdbuvaetsya? The declared arc voltage on this inverter at 220 volts is at least 30 volts at the boundary (and in fact the device sees an arc voltage of 25-26 volts !!!?) which in itself is too small for a stable furnace of refractory electrodes of the UONI-13/55 brand . For a good ignition of the arc, a real current of 70-110 amperes and a voltage of 100-110 volts are required, and for a stable arc, a real current of 70-110 amperes and a voltage of 70-80 volts are required. Does anyone know how to increase the arc voltage on this machine? |
