Due to the design of the outlet pipe, I highly do not recommend it.
19 October 2016
When purchasing, be sure to check the type of outlet pipe. If it is not round, refuse to purchase, because... You're having trouble installing it in a wall cabinet. The same model, but (supposedly) Italian, does not have such problems with the IT prefix.
It pulls normally, although it is noisy at high speed. But the most important thing is the shortcomings...
The hood is connected via an adapter with a built-in check valve. I have never seen such an ugly adapter even on Chinese hoods. A whole box with dimensions 200x150x50 mm. It cannot be cut in or built in. In order to mount it in a wall cabinet, you need to cut out 2/3 of its area in the shelf. The light bulbs get as hot as the stove itself, so if you touch it, a burn is guaranteed.

Powerful and beautiful Chinese-Italian hood
29 September 2016
My wife and I decided to completely renovate our kitchen. Now we have new modern kitchen furniture and therefore had to replace almost all kitchen appliances. To replace the free-standing stove, microwave and hood, good built-in appliances were selected. Now this is quite an expensive pleasure, but what can you do, almost everything had to be changed. The hood we chose was a good one, European, with a decent performance margin.
The main advantage of this hood is its power. In my opinion, all the odors created in the kitchen during cooking should remain exclusively in the kitchen. Therefore, truly powerful kitchen ventilation is not just desirable, it is necessary. The motor's speed can be adjusted and has three levels. The first is good for simple kitchen work, for example, when the spouse is cooking on 1-2 burners of the stove. The second is used for when something with a strong smell is being cooked, such as frying fish. And the third is needed for "emergency" situations, like when oil left on a forgotten pan starts smoking from overheating. At maximum, it pulls very strongly, creating a good draft. Not loud, except at the third speed. Telescopic, extends to 60 cm, just covering the entire cooking surface. It has fairly bright lighting, consisting of two incandescent lamps. Easily washable and cleanable. Made in China, but the most important part – the electric motor, is from Italy.
In my opinion, making lighting using incandescent lamps in 2016 is archaic. Could it be possible to install several powerful LEDs or an LED strip/strip? It would be beautiful and economical.
