Affordable hood with two motors, designed for use in small to medium-sized rooms (up to 10-14 m²). With a standard width of 60 cm, it is suitable for servicing a wide range of gas and electric (induction/infrared) ranges and hobs. The rotation speed of both electric motors is controlled by a block of mechanical buttons. Three levels of suction performance are available (up to 580 m³/h).
The minimum speed is suitable for serving one or two working burners, and its moderate noise level will not interfere with conversation or watching TV. Higher speeds will help to cope with pronounced odours (such as, for example, when frying fish), but are accompanied by significantly more noise. The body of the VENTOLUX Roma 60 IX 2M Lux hood is made of high-alloy stainless steel, and its aesthetically flawless surface is easily cleaned with household chemicals. For lighting, the hood is equipped with a built-in lamp. It can work in recirculation mode (charcoal filters are purchased separately) Equipped with an additional glass visor, designed for connection to an air duct with a diameter of 120 mm.

I purposefully chose a classic hood, since this option is more familiar to me, and it costs a lot cheaper than newfangled fanciful models, and it sucks, in total, no worse. And in general, the price was an important factor in the choice, because there is simply no point in paying huge sums for such a simple technique. The hood looks simple, without pretensions, it does not catch the eye, as it should be. There were no additional difficulties with the installation. Power is quite sufficient, perhaps even too much. Now, basically, hoods come with one engine, but here there are two of them. I prefer to use only the lowest speed, as this is enough to remove odors and steam without too much noise. By the way, for a more effective removal of odors, I recommend purchasing an additional carbon filter - a very useful thing. Separately, I want to say about the lighting lamp. The light is directed exactly where it is needed, while it is soft, so it does not hurt the eyes. Yes, it gives a little yellowness, but it does not bother me at all. At high power, the hood makes a not very pleasant noise. The case even starts to vibrate slightly, so it is better to limit yourself to lower rpm.
