Affordable and reasonably high-quality gas-enameled cooktop with good cast iron grates Good price. In today's times, this is a very significant plus. There are burners with different power levels, a total of three types. On the most powerful one with three rows of flames, it is convenient to quickly heat up or boil water in large pots. The small one is suitable for liter-sized saucepans and other small items. Medium-power burners are versatile and can work with any cookware. The work surface is covered with high-quality enamel. It is practical and easy to clean. The main thing is not to overdo it and not to use powdered cleaning agents, as they are excessively abrasive. I was also impressed by the cast-iron grates. They might look a bit rough, but the cookware stands very stable on them and doesn't tend to slip like on enameled steel grates. The gas ignites automatically, the electric ignition system works with the turn of a knob. There is also a gas-control feature that monitors the flame and immediately shuts off the gas supply if it goes out. The relatively small distance between the front and rear rows of burners can be a bit challenging. Because of this, you can't place a large pot and pan next to each other. The front edge and control knobs get heated from the front row of burners. This is especially noticeable when a large pot or pan is placed on the front left burner. You need to keep an eye on this, otherwise, the knobs might even melt. My wife also complains that these knobs are difficult to clean from grease splatters that occur when frying on an open pan. |
