I've been using it for over a year. Never failed! Coffee, of course, does not match the taste of more expensive coffee makers, but enough for the home. You need to guess with the grinding of coffee: very fine will not push, large - will not give a fortress. Not bad enough, especially for the price for which I took it! I spent a long time choosing, but didn't want to overpay. I read many reviews about different coffee makers (they all break over time and nothing lasts forever) and I settled on the Vitek 1513. There are many different and quite contradictory opinions about it. Some people put it in a basin because it leaks, for others it broke right away. It seems to me that they read the instructions poorly or don't screw the holder properly, or maybe they just got unlucky. I am satisfied. According to the instructions, I rinsed the boiler and all removable parts before making coffee. The coffee turned out without a plastic smell (unlike some reviews), with a nice foam. I used inexpensive "BON AROMA" coffee. You can adjust the amount of coffee and water to your liking, which I like because I can control the strength of the coffee. It's hot enough. If you want it even hotter, don't start making coffee as soon as the green light comes on, wait a little. You can make two cups at once, which is very convenient. Affordable price and quality. Preparation for two mugs at once. Good coffee with thick foam The next portion of coffee can be prepared only after 5 minutes, inconvenient when there are many guests. friends very much praise another coffee machine of about the same cost, it prepares 2 cups at once (although the coffee container is not much larger than in Vitek, so I’m not sure about the strength of the coffee)
It heats water very quickly (literally 1.5-2 minutes), the water tank is large, we add water 1 time in 3-4 days. Coffee. the coffee is excellent (you can’t compare with a professional coffee maker for 3000 UAH and more), but for home conditions it’s very good, you get a very good foam. The cappuccino works great. We tried different cheaper-more expensive coffees, we settled on jockey classic coffee (green packaging), before that we poured jardine, I liked the jockey more. The main drawback, after a month of use, the handle into which coffee is poured from the inside is covered with corrosion, although coffee is poured into a removable sieve without contact with the damaged surface, but still. In the service center on the manufacturer's website, some [censored] cannot really answer technical questions, and they did not bother to write an answer to this question at all. Noise, not to say that it is very strong, but still present. This coffee maker is designed for 1 cup of coffee, not 2 simultaneous preparations.
