This is where my journey into computers began, and I'm still with it, but it seems not for long. It's the minimal card to start with when buying a PC. It will serve you faithfully. - Price / quality. For its money, it's an incredible graphics card, which even when paired with a basic processor, delivered smooth visuals in new games at medium-high settings, and it still handles titles, but of course not as well anymore. Small, nice-looking, quiet, aesthetically pleasing, and it manages with just one fan. After two years of use, it can still be used, but it needs to be cleaned now. Displays artifacts in the browser when playing video. Not on the actual image, they're not there if full screen, but... it's hard for the old one. :( Not likely to handle the second Stalker when it comes out. |
