Куллеры на видеокарте со временем испортились. Неправильная система охлаждения. Даже исправная (новая) не отводит тепло от карты. No overpayment
Initially, AMD planned to equip the Radeon RX 470 with strictly 4 GB of memory, but graphics card manufacturers decided to release a version with double the amount of memory. However as practice has shown, the 8 GB version of the RX 470 is not worth the money. For a graphics processor of this power, 4 GB of memory is plenty (for FullHD resolution and at least high graphics settings), so we recommend buying the younger, cheaper version of the RX 470.
Out of competition
The performance of the RX 470 is comparable to the Radeon R9 380X, but at the same time, power consumption and, accordingly, heating are one and a half times lower (120 vs. 190 W). But the RX 470 has no analogues among NVIDIA video cards at a price of $280: the GeForce GTX 960 is weaker, while the GTX 970 and, moreover, the GTX 1060 are more powerful and more expensive. The direct competitor of the RX 470 should be the upcoming GTX 1050.
Quieter than water
Theoretically, the low heat dissipation of the RX 470 allows it to be satisfied with even the simplest cooler. But in fact, when the temperature limit is reached, the graphics card can reduce its frequency by as much as 200 MHz. To prevent this from happening, ASUS decided to equip the ROG Strix RX 470 with an improved Cooling system: two large 10 cm fans and a heatsink consisting of numerous aluminium plates and a pair of copper heat pipes. When the graphics card is idle, the fans turn off completely, and under load they rotate at a low speed.

1. For those who still criticize AMD software, the issues that existed before are no longer relevant. AMD has improved its software (Crimson Relive), which has everything you need and is, in some aspects, more functional than NVIDIA's software.
2. And for those who experience issues like things (going out, shutting down, restarting, overheating, etc.), keep in mind that the problem is likely in front of the monitor.
Problems with the software arise when someone with MSI Afterburner installed on their computer decides to tinker with Wattman settings and also adds ASUS GPU Tweak on top. No wonder everything glitches!
After that, complaints start rolling in, saying the card is junk, never buy it, etc., etc.
