A compact entry-level micro-ATX motherboard based on the Intel H450 system logic. Designed for building office, consumer and multimedia PCs, while at the same time it is quite suitable for an entry-level gaming PC that does not require installation of several video cards or serious overclocking of components. However, despite its modest position in the Asus motherboard hierarchy, it supports ASUS OptiMem and SUS 5-Way Optimization proprietary technologies.
The first is useful for automatically increasing the clock frequency of the RAM, and the second is equipped with preset profiles for overclocking or additional cooling, with which the owner of the board can choose the optimal ratio between heating and performance. To install the processor in the Asus PRIME H510M-A, an Intel LGA1200 processor socket is used, which is designed to work in tandem with Intel Celeron, Intel Pentium or Intel Core desktop chips of the 10th and 11th generation (Comet Lake and Rocket Lake, 14 nm) .
The motherboard is equipped with a pretty good 8-phase power subsystem, made according to the 6 + 2 scheme. For additional cooling, the model is equipped with an aluminium VRM heatsink, which guarantees stability during long and intense multi-threaded workloads. The port layout allows for two DDR4 RAM modules (maximum 64 GB), one high-speed M.2 NVMe SSD, and four more traditional SATA3 drives. For direct connection to the network, an Intel I219-V network controller with a bandwidth of 1 GB is provided. Plus, the board is equipped with wireless communication modules supporting Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth v 5.1.

I took it a couple of weeks ago to build a budget computer. Of the features that are written in the manual, when connecting an M2 disk, the Sata 2 connector will not work, so keep this in mind!
