right after the purchase, we were 100% satisfied with this keyboard: comfortable, soft, different types of backlighting. But after a couple of months, a nightmare began; the keys randomly started changing their function. For example, the G key started muting sound, the spacebar activated the right arrow, Insert turned into the number 6. This happened even though the keyboard wasn’t disassembled, nothing was spilled on it, and it was used only for its intended purpose.
