The dishwasher, which represents the Serie 2 low-cost line, has received a number of options inherent in older Bosch models. We are talking about the InfoLight indicator beam projected onto the floor, which informs about the operation of the device, and the ServoSchloss auto-closer, which independently closes the device door if it is ajar by less than 10 degrees.
Inverter and leakage protection
Bosch SMV 24AX02 is equipped with an EcoSilence Drive inverter motor. It is more reliable and durable than traditional brushed counterparts, designed to increase overall efficiency and reduce noise. According to user reviews, the motor does not cope with the last task in the best way: the claimed 50 dB is even too well audible when the device is operating.

In the latter case, the quality of cleaning from pollution does not decrease, which is achieved by increasing the consumption of water and electricity.
The dishwasher is equipped with a load sensor, which is responsible for choosing the optimal indicators of resource consumption. In the Eco-programme, water consumption is 11.7 liters, and electricity — 1.02 kW (class A +) per cycle.
Roomy helper
The dishwasher is characterized by standard dimensions (82x60x55 cm) and can accommodate 12 place settings. Properly distribute plates and other utensils inside allow two main baskets (the top one is adjustable in height), an additional box for cutlery, as well as guides and shelves for cups and plates.
The Bosch SMV 24AX02 control panel is placed on the upper end of the door. It is devoid of a display, so the settings process is not informative enough. Another drawback of the model is the lack of a start timer. But given the affordable cost of the device and the excellent reputation of the manufacturer, the dishwasher should be considered by anyone who wants to get rid of the routine with dishes in the kitchen.
