Four burners of different heating power and different sizes allow you to always choose the right one for any dish or dish. All burners are reliably protected from flame extinction, each has a thermocouple, the signal from which is fed to the automatic gas control device. The ignition of the fire is also automatic, it works by itself, when the knob is turned. The oven is not inferior to the hob, it is also enameled, but it has more operating modes because it has an upper heating, a lower heating, as well as a mode of their joint operation. There is also convection, which is combined with the work of other heaters and equalizes the temperature throughout the volume of the chamber. My half uses the oven and she is delighted with it. Roasting meat, poultry, more complex dishes and rich yeast dough is now quick and without the slightest problem. The steel grates on the hob are made in such a way that enameled utensils slide easily over their enamelled surface. This is not only inconvenient, it is dangerous, because in some slipped pan there may be boiling water. The double glazed hinged door shouldn't get hot, but I almost got burned on it yesterday. |
