The cheaper AOC Q24G2A matrix is identical to them. They differ in HDR support. I would rather save a couple of dozen bucks and choose the AOC without HDR 400 because it is not worth its price. Overall, it is a decent device. A very successful combination of dimensions, refresh rate, and resolution. There are nuances, but I am fine with it. 165 frames, g-sync support, compact size, incredible pixel density per inch. With this monitor, you get a picture that can be compared in clarity to 4k, and you don't need powerful hardware at the level of 4080. The monitor can be freely oriented in direction and height, the stand is well thought out and functional. The control button is inconvenient, it's not easy to quickly turn it on and off.
