The new NEC MultiSync LCD 2490WUXi is aimed at the rapidly growing 24-inch widescreen monitor sector. Thanks to the S-IPS matrix, the display is suitable for working with applications that are critical to colour reproduction. It has a resolution of 1920x1200, a contrast ratio of 800:1, wide viewing angles vertically and horizontally (178 degrees). Digital Uniformity Control (ColorComp) keeps brightness uniform across the entire screen surface, while Overdrive technology with RapidMotion provides 8ms response time, which is important when displaying video.

Also, the NEC MultiSync LCD 2490WUXi features the X-Light Pro function: a built-in sensor measures the colour and brightness settings, which allows you to save the set parameters for a long period. In addition to reducing the time spent warming up the device, this technology guarantees stable operation of the backlights throughout the life of the monitor.

NEC MultiSync LCD 2490WUXi has a high level of ergonomics. For example, the panel height can be adjusted up to 150 mm, as well as rotated 90 degrees to switch to portrait mode. AmbiBright automatically adjusts the brightness of the image depending on the ambient light, as well as in accordance with the content displayed on the screen, which reduces eye strain and saves energy. Wide connectivity options (VGA, DVI-D, DVI-I) make this model flexible to use.

You can set up your monitor with a mouse and keyboard using the NaviSet feature, or directly over the network using the NaViSet Administrator feature. Thanks to the advanced NTAA (non-touch auto-adjust) function, user-defined personalization parameters are automatically checked and, if necessary, adjusted during operation.
