I bought this model on the advice of a sales assistant in a store. I don't usually do this, because salespeople often don't know what they're really selling. But sometimes there are real pros. However, I do not regret the purchase for a minute. This is the same case when a cat in a poke pleased 100%. 1) Good cooling capacity. Enough for two large rooms with a total area of about 45 square meters. 2) Energy efficient. However, the manufacturer's loud statements about the highest energy efficiency class A + look ridiculous. The highest efficiency is two levels higher and corresponds to the A+++ class. Well, the savings in "41% compared to a conventional inverter" also amused me. Marketing Neoclima work frankly clumsy. But for me it is much more important that the company's engineers know their business perfectly. 3) Equipped with a range of effective filters. From simple mechanical (coarse cleaning) to cutting-edge plasma. It removes not only dust, but also disinfects the air. In addition, the work of the plasma filter should remove odors, although I did not really notice this. 4) The remote control is simple and clear. I figured it out without even reading the instructions. 5) Good (for an inverter) price. However, it cannot be called low, rather justified. 1) Two years of warranty (from the manufacturer) is not enough for an air conditioner. I think that the guarantee should be at least three years. 2) The outdoor unit is making a lot of noise. I called the company service, but they said that such noise is the norm.
