I run every morning. It's an old habit that I try to maintain and never skip my runs. The only thing that can stop me is really, really bad weather, like torrential thunderstorms or severe frost in winter. Everything else can't be an excuse. Yes, it takes up to 30 minutes for the run itself, and then I need to shower, but the boost of energy I get is incomparable. However, there's one problem, and it's related to headphones. Finding good headphones for running is more difficult than it seems. Models with headbands are unsuitable; they usually fall off after 80-100 meters. Simple earbuds don't stay in place and fall out even earlier. Even vacuum headphones can't withstand constant jolts and "come unstuck." The only option is special headphones with behind-the-ear hooks, and I bought myself one of the best models of this kind. Due to the fact that they do not have a cable, the weight turned out to be quite small, about 20 grams. Bluetooth connection is fast, holds well and does not break up to 7-8 meters. The earhook is made of a special flexible plastic, but it still takes some getting used to. The canal ear itself is easily adjustable in height, so finding a position specifically for me was not a problem. These are not just good channel headphones, but also a full-fledged headset. Again, after getting used to it, I rather liked the remote control, the microphone is of good quality, my voice transmits quite clearly. Musical sound for a good solid four on a five-point system. There is a lot of bass in the sound and sometimes this does not affect the overall sound picture in the best way, but for modern dance music they are 100% suitable. |
