    Sleeping bag is good

    At +8 in underwear, the knees freeze and it is impossible to fall asleep. At +1 it is warm and comfortable in thermal pants, a thermal sweater and socks. Spent the night on the shore of the lake in winter. Underneath was a self-inflating CAMPING 4 mat.
