Two LCD displays for stunning self-portraits
The 1.5-inch LCD on the front of the ST550 digital camera is a very useful element for taking great self-portraits. Now you don't have to ask anyone to take your picture — just turn on the front display, check your position in the frame, and press the shutter button. Having memorized up to 20 faces of your friends and relatives, it automatically focuses the lens on them first, as a result of which all faces are exceptionally clear. You can also search among photos by faces stored in the camera's memory.
HD quality video — now in a compact camera
If you want to be able to shoot video clips with your camera, then the ST550 is the way to go. This model is capable of shooting high-definition video at 720p resolution at 30 frames per second. Moreover, the recording time in H.264 format is 3.5 times longer than when shooting in MJPEG format. During video recording, you can even use the 5x optical zoom to capture close-ups. If necessary, you can pause during the time, but save the video clip as one file
Trash for deleted files
Did the unexpected happen and you accidentally deleted the files you need? Don't worry — in the new ST550 camera, deleted files are stored in a special "Trash" folder — you can always recover them
