Классный пульт. Выходит из строя через год use Samsung UE-55KU6400 more than year |
После 49" 2015года , 55" 2016г чуток расстроил. пульт просто ужас. бесит в нем практически все. Разницы обещанной не увидел. дизайн,тонкие рамки,запоминание последнего действия. быстрое открытие смарта. при сравнении с тем же 49" 2015г серии Н , нет сенсорной указки(вновь клацаешь пультом ) без мыши просто жесть. бесят переключатели звука и каналов. притом как на пульте так и на тв. привыкаешь,но зачем ??? шикарный пульт 2015 было менять на это???? нет 3D - это не критично но все же . ещё более жесткая блокировка Форк плеера и региона. зачем??? 4К работает одинаково на обоих. даже наверно на 49 лучше за счет меньшей диагонали(субъективно).Был рьяным поклонником данной марки (телефоны,планшеты,тв, микроволновки итд.) но видимо пора менять пристрастия..... Лыжа при тех же ТТХ стоит в разы дешевле. + нет таких больших проблем с установкой сторонних виджетов типа форк плеера. + есть 3D, и нормальные очки (без батареек и хрупких ушек) use Samsung UE-55KU6400 few months |
Купил данный ТВ в начале 2017. все было круто. Вопросов не было, классно показывает... при проверке в магазине не увидел засветов жостких на экране, так как в магазине очень яркий свет. Когда установил в дома и вечером смотрел просто печаль. Вопросов нет поднял хай вернули деньги хотя обещали поменять.Жду уже 2 недели. На свое несчастье я решил купить топовый телевизор 55 дюймов с поддержкой новомодной технологии 4K UHD в Фокстрот за приблизительно $2000 долларов (UE55KU6400U, serial - 0BBN3LAH600189).
Ровно через 1 год и 1 месяц в углу начали ярко светиться и нагреваться светодиоды, а через весь экран, - сверху вниз большая темная полоса.
Гарантия, к сожалению, была только на год, что должно было насторожить. Мастер подтвердил, что ремонт - это 90% стоимости телевизора.
Я очень огорчен этой покупкой. Вы можете представить, какие отзывы я готов оставлять и что я буду говорить своим знакомым, если меня спросят о продукции Samsung.
Скажите, пожалуйста, больше ничего нельзя сделать и мне нужно выкинуть этот телевизор?
