Искал для себя простой, надежный и эффективный твердотопливный чугунный котел. Топить предполагалось углем и, только изредка, дровами или брикетами. Стальных котлов под такие задачи на рынке пруд пруди, но чугунных раз-два и обчелся. В ассортименте компании Viadrus нашел именно то, что было нужно. Теперь я счастливый обладатель одного из лучших в Европе чугунных твёрдотопливных котлов. Эта конструкция используется в Европе уже более двадцати пяти лет и действительно может называться проверенной временем. Котел оснащен практически вечным массивным чугунным теплообменником, состоящим из четырех секций. Чугун обеспечивает максимально равномерное распределение тепла и эффективный подогрев теплоносителя. Большая дверца для загрузки топлива. Для угля это не так принципиально, а вот для тех, кто топит дровами, это важный момент. Простой и надежный механический регулятор тяги и термоманометр. Невысокие требования к дымоходу. Отлично работает даже при низкой тяге. Очень большой зольник, который не требует частой чистки. Процедура чистки котла продумана и удобна. Благодаря чугуну котел получился нереально тяжелым, более 260 кг без воды и топлива. Надеюсь, больше мне не придется его возить или даже просто передвигать с места на место. Работает на любом твердом топливе. Топил разными углями: газовыми, коксующимся и антрацитом. Антрацит, конечно, лучше всего заходит – дым чище и копоти гораздо меньше, чем у газового и коксующегося. После них теплообменник и дымоход приходится чистить чаще. Дерево тоже можно грузить любое, от мелких веток до больших чурбанов. Сгорает все, но крупные чурбаны горят подольше и одной загрузки хватает часа на четыре. Тепла дает много и мне на без малого три сотни квадратных метров площади хватает с лихвой. А чтобы топить реже, заказал установку большого, размером в два кубометра, теплового накопителя. Так что двух топок в сутки хватает за глаза даже при приличном морозе. Водоподогреватель в котле сделан из толстого импортного чугуна. Производитель дает на него десятилетнюю гарантию, что не может не радовать. Думаю, на мой век точно хватит. Дверцы для загрузки топлива, чистки золы и теплообменника большие и удобные. Закрываются надежно, дыма непропускают. Простое подключение. Подключал сам, ничего сложного. А вот с установкой пришлось повозиться, потому как котел очень, очень тяжелый. Комплектация хорошая. Все что нужно для работы уже идет в комплекте с котлом. Есть и инструмент для чистки и термоманометр и регулятор тяги. Цена, конечно, высокая. Но за качественную вещь таких денег не жалко. Тяжелый, нереально тяжелый. Затащить в дом и установить в нужное место было ох как непросто. |

Efficiency as much as 83%, according to technical data. In fact, there is no such indicator, since the boiler is operated in completely different conditions than when the manufacturer notes the efficiency, and it is not clear how they measure it. But the boiler normally heats a large area, I use my own for a private house, enough for all rooms. It does not smoke, unless you accidentally close the draft valve, which happened once. You open the valve - the smoke stops. You don't need any special skills or knowledge to use it. normal boiler. The cast iron body is quite heavy.
During the ash removal, the door interferes a little, you have to hold it with one hand. But I think it's a minor flaw. |
