Советую у магазинов ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО требовать чек и гарантию. Бумажка в коробке, это не гарантия!!! Купил наушники для iPhone. Очень обрадовал дизайн и плоский провод. Звук в принципе приятный. За свои деньги отличная штука звук дизайн цена Но поработав два месяца один наушник стал плавно затухать. Сейчас он практически не работает. Покупал в официальном магазине, но при покупке не выдали ни чека, ни какого либо гарантийного талона. Как оказывается его отдельно выписывают, (причем от руки, и чек и талон) а я то думал что эта бумажечка идет в комплекте с наушниками сразу. В попытках вернуть товар на сервис, мне сказали что так как нет ни гарантийного талона, ни чека, взять товар обратно не могут. На горячей линии трубку никто не брал. Впечатление осталось ужасное.
