Phonebook for 500 contacts, LED flashlight.
No camera.

The button phone 2E E240 2022 was released under the slogan "nothing extra." Indeed, the model is intended solely for calls, at most — exchanging SMS messages.

The device received a classic button mobile phone form factor. The upper half of its front panel is occupied by a 2.4-inch color screen. The lower half is a keyboard block with medium-sized buttons. The phone's memory includes a phonebook for 500 contacts, and the model also has speed dial and blacklist functions.

The phone is so archaic that it doesn't even have a camera. However, there is an SOS button on the back, which serves for emergency contact with important contacts in unforeseen situations. By long pressing the "0" button, you can turn on the LED flashlight — its bulb is built into the top edge of the case.

The model supports working with two SIM cards, is equipped with a slot for a microSD card up to 16 GB, and has a built-in FM radio. Moreover, to listen to radio broadcasts, you do not need to connect headphones, as is implemented in most of the phone's counterparts. The mobile phone is powered by a removable battery with a capacity of 1000 mAh. The battery will need to be recharged every few days.

Loud sound, bright flashlight, charging dock included.
Small screen, useless camera.

Nomi i1871 is an extremely simple mobile phone with large buttons. The model will suit grandmothers and grandfathers who are far from modern technologies.

Large buttons with large digital fonts significantly simplify manual number entry. However, the screen on the device is small — its diagonal size is 1.77 inches. The display shows images in color, but the screen's resolution is low (160x128 pixels).

On the back panel of the phone's body, there is a lens of a useless 0.08 MP camera and an additional SOS emergency call button. Numbers for quick dialing are assigned to it. By the way, the back cover here is removable, as is the 1750 mAh battery. Under the battery, there are slots for two SIM cards and a microSD memory card (up to 32 GB inclusive).

The device comes with a charging dock. The "handset" parks vertically on it. The model is additionally equipped with a bright LED flashlight on the top edge of the body, a loud speaker, and a built-in FM receiver. And nothing more is required from the Nomi i1871.

Large screen, full flashlight, decent autonomy, USB type C charging port.
No significant drawbacks.

Sigma mobile Comfort 50 Grace is a button phone from the Ukrainian electronics brand, released with care for the elderly, as well as users with visual and hearing impairments.

The model boasts large buttons in the keyboard block and a large color screen with a diagonal size of 2.8 inches. Additionally, the phone voices user actions when dialing numbers, incoming calls, and searching in the phonebook. If necessary, voice duplication can be easily disabled in the settings. Among other "grandma phone" attributes, the model implements an SOS emergency call function. Up to 5 numbers can be assigned to the corresponding button for quick dialing, allowing for quick contact with family and friends.

The Sigma mobile Comfort 50 Grace phonebook holds 500 contacts. Another 300 numbers can be recorded in the microSD storage memory (up to 32 GB inclusive). Expanding the capacity of the standard storage will also be useful when taking photos with the 0.3 MP camera. The phone also features a separate side button for turning on a full flashlight and a built-in FM receiver that works without connecting headphones.

The device's strong points rightfully include decent autonomy. A full charge of the 1700 mAh battery lasts for about 10 days of autonomous operation with regular calls. The battery charges through the USB type C connector. This interface has long become commonplace for smartphones but is rarely found in "button phones." The competitive advantage of USB type C over other types of connectors is its symmetrical design, allowing the plug to be inserted either way.

Support for LTE networks, flip design, two screens (main and auxiliary), compatibility with hearing aids M4/T4.
No significant drawbacks.
Price from 2 999 ₴

The Blackview N2000 Flip phone is notable for its support for LTE networks. However, this only serves to improve voice call quality, as there is no talk of installing third-party mobile applications.

The device's design includes two displays: the main one spans 2.4 inches diagonally, and the auxiliary external one measures 1.77 inches. The external display shows the date, time, notifications of received SMS messages, and the name and number of the caller during incoming calls.

Next to the auxiliary screen, there is a place for a 2-megapixel camera lens. By the way, the camera flash can play the role of a flashlight. On the back of the phone, there is a large speaker through which you can listen to preloaded music and radio broadcasts in the FM frequency range.

The flip phone's autonomous operation is powered by a removable 1500 mAh battery. The battery charges via a USB type C port. The model's specifications separately mention declared compatibility with hearing aids M4/T4, which will certainly be appreciated by elderly people with hearing impairments.

Only 1 SIM slot.

In the once-popular flip form factor, there are very few modern models of button phones. One such example is the Nokia 2660 Flip 1 SIM.

The "flip" format allowed for enough space in the phone's body for both the keyboard block and a color screen with a diagonal size of 2.8 inches. Most notably, the model has two displays — an auxiliary 1.77-inch screen is located on the external side of the device's body. It displays call and SMS notifications, the current date, and time.

The model supports working with only one SIM card, but it can be integrated into LTE cellular networks. Next to the nano-SIM card slot is a tray for a microSD card to expand the standard data storage capacity of 128 MB. The phone supports storage devices up to 32 GB inclusive. The memory card is intended for storing music and photos taken with the 0.3 MP camera.

The Nokia 2660 Flip 1 SIM is equipped with a 3.5 mm audio jack for connecting wired headphones, a Bluetooth v 4.1 wireless communication module, and a built-in FM receiver. The model is also compatible with hearing aids, and it has an SOS button. For emergency contact, it is not even necessary to open the body — just hold the key for a couple of seconds to dial five pre-entered numbers. The device is powered by a 1450 mAh battery. An optional charging dock is available for purchase separately.
