“Omnivorous” Flagship

One of Bosch's flagship stationary blenders represents the VitaBoost lineup. The model is equipped with a high-performance 1600-watt motor and a 6-blade steel knife. The metal connections that transmit rotation up to 30,000 revolutions per minute are also made to increase overall durability and reliability.

Thanks to these components, the Bosch MMBH 4P3W is almost “omnivorous,” handling ice crushing, chopping nuts and spices, hard vegetables, frozen berries, etc. It operates loudly like other powerful models, but reaching the desired consistency won't take long. For example, grinding 200 grams of nuts takes about 10 seconds, and preparing a portion of smoothie takes 20 seconds.

Manually or Automatically

The Bosch MMBH 4P3W features an intuitive control panel. On the left is the switch, and on the right is a similar toggle switch for activating the pulse mode. At the center is a rotary dial for smooth speed adjustment. These controls are needed for various manual settings.

Three automatic programs are also offered: their respective buttons are located at the bottom of the front of the body. Shake is for making smoothies and milkshakes, Smoothie is for preparing vitamin cocktails from frozen ingredients and/or hard vegetables and fruits. The Soup program deserves special attention, which serves to make hot soup. However, there is no heating element like in soup-making blenders: thanks to intensive mixing for several minutes, the contents are heated to a temperature of about 70 °C.

Large Jug

The model comes with a 2-liter jug made of Tritan. It has a square base, so it can be placed on the base from any side convenient to the user. As appropriate, the container is complemented by a tight lid with a cap and pusher. All removable accessories are dishwasher safe, but the jug should only be washed under running water.

The Bosch MMBH 4P3W is a very versatile and easy-to-use blender. Its not-low price can be considered a shortcoming, but not a minus, especially when compared to the older version MMBH 6P6B, which received 3 more programs.
