In short, the gift was accepted favorably and was very much enjoyed in the work. Compared to the old Saturn mixer, this unit is much more powerful. Maybe it’s not felt when whipping, but when my wife tried to knead the dough with them, everything went like clockwork. And the old mixer could only work with liquid dough; in any dense density, it simply bogged down and stopped, threatening to burn the engine. Now there is no such problem in principle. Proteins, souffles and some sauces (I cooked it for my wife, I didn’t delve into it) he mixes and beats with a bang. The main thing is to take the dishes deeper, otherwise the splashes scatter very much)) with all this, it is quite light, weighs a little more than a kilogram. It has five speeds, although usually only the first or second is used. Great fit, comfortable and ergonomic. Expensive, like all Bosch equipment. But when you take it in your hands, it becomes clear what this money was paid for. |
