My wife asked me to buy a mixer, but since she herself is poorly versed in technology, I chose the model. The requirements were as follows: egg whites for meringue (it's her favorite cookie and the kids love it too), eggs for baking, and a bowl for kneading light pancake dough. But I got a little carried away and, since we didn’t have a blender either, I bought a real combine instead of a regular mixer. It turned out expensive, but by the eighth of March the gift turned out to be excellent. It's hard to call it just a mixer. It's a whole multifunctional food processor that can do a lot. It is well-equipped. Besides the mixer itself and the stand in which it is placed, there is a medium-sized bowl that can rotate, which helps to beat, mix, or knead dough evenly. In addition, there are two pairs of attachments: dough hooks and whisks for mixing and beating. But these are all the standard features of a modern mixer, now for the unusual ones. The set includes a metal blender foot with a tall cup and a chopping container, similar to those that come with blenders. So you get a mixer and a full-fledged blender "all in one package." So far, we've managed to test its ability to whip egg white cream (my wife made those meringues), how it chops fruit with the chopper (it did an excellent job), and I personally tested the blender foot. It has a power of 450 watts, which is enough for everything except really hard products. I made homemade mayonnaise for the first time in my life. It turned out incredibly tasty, and I think we'll no longer buy this sauce in the store. The price is serious, but if you think about it and add up the cost of a good mixer and a normal blender, you get something around. Loud, you bastard. I slept from night duty, and my wife decided to beat the eggs and woke me up. |
