Прошло 1,5 года , сгорел двигатель, по сервисным ищут, но результата нет, пока жду, покупать новую не выход! Печально

I am very glad that I purchased this particular hood. Ideal for a small (like mine) kitchen. The compact box easily fits into the limited space between hanging cabinets. The white color and strict lines suited my classic-style kitchen set so well. I am delighted! It cleans the air of fumes instantly. Even when something burns in my apartment, no one suspects it. At first I was worried that the motor was only 95 W, but it turned out to be in vain. Because apparently it was made in some cunning way, because the hood pulls perfectly. It works very quietly. It’s practically inaudible, and sometimes I even forget to turn it off. And it turns on with buttons. Which suits me quite well, because I don’t like sensors. You can select first, second or third speed (to quickly get rid of unwanted odor). Another hood, despite the fact that it is white, is very practical. There are no streaks left on it when cleaning. Grease filters are easily removed; I periodically wash them in the dishwasher. The bulbs are simple, but they shine well. The light is also turned on by a button. I am very pleased with this hood in every way. I recommend purchasing it. By the way, this miracle technology has a 3-year warranty! Powerful, quiet, beautiful, practical. not found use Cata V 600 month or more i recommend it should buy |

Question about Cata V 600 Обмен по гарантии
Обмен не исправного товара по гарантии.
При покупке была оформлена дополнительная сервисная гарантия (практически +50% от стоимости товара). В течении этого гарантийного срока вытяжка вышла из строя.
Неисправна вытяжка CATA V-600 blanca (blanca - белая) у продавца в наличии Cata V 600 inox (inox - нержавеющий).
Цены разные - продавец заявляет что это разные модели (из за слов blanca\inox) и требует доплатить разницу - правомочно ли это требование?
