It is distinguished by the use of six copper heat pipes of a standard diameter, securely soldered into the base of the nickel-plated copper base and an impressive area of a two-section aluminium plate radiator (9690 cm²), which quickly dissipates heat.

Thanks to high-quality materials and good assembly, the Deepcool AK620 WH CPU cooler can remove up to 260 W of heat, which makes it possible to recommend it for overclocking experiments and the operation of overclocked CPUs (without an extreme increase in supply voltage).

The manufacturer guarantees full compatibility with motherboards equipped with AMD AM4, AM3(+), AM2(+), FM2, FM1 and Intel LGA2066, 2011(v3), 115X, 1200 and 1700 processor sockets. Deepcool FK120 fan (DF1202512CM) supports PWM - regulation of the speed of rotation of the nine-bladed impeller in the range from 500 to 1800 rpm (from noiselessness to 28 dBA). The cooler is installed using a complete backplate, which requires the removal of the motherboard.

Looks beautiful. The radiator is good, it even seems to cope with the stated technical requirements. But the turntables that are there completely suck. They hum, they ring, they resonate, and the problem is common. Deepcool technical support comment: “appearenly this is a design flaw and not a manufacturing defect,” that is, they screwed up the design and now it’s as is.

It's a good radiator. If you take turntables from another manufacturer, it will be an excellent option

This cooling system will work for processors with a smaller heat package than the 14700

When buying, I was guided by the fact that it should dissipate 260 watts of heat. I bought this cooler for 14700kf, which has a maximum TDP of 253 W. The first impressions were twofold, he did not pull out this i7, the maximum temperatures were 98-100 degrees, so I had to do downvolting and then I managed to bring down the temperature to 85 degrees. There was also a problem with very thick thermal paste, which, according to the classics, could no longer be evenly distributed over the surface of the processor with a card, so I had to heat it a little with an ordinary hair dryer to make it more plastic, then everything went away. However, it was still winter at that time, 17 degrees in the room, in game tasks his temperature was rarely above 75 degrees. Now, when it has warmed up and it is already 25 in the room, in cyberpunk this processor manages to heat up to 85, and infrequent peaks reach 90 degrees. 95 degrees flashed in the tests. Since the computer is only freshly assembled, I also sinned on the case, tried to play without the side panel and cool it with an additional fan. Temperatures did not drop significantly, and there was no difference in MSI Afterburner performance. In the future, summer temperatures are generally sad. So as a conclusion, the problem is not in the case, but in the fact that this particular cooling does not remove even 200 Watts of heat from the declared 260. As a small drawback, there is still a certain hum of fans at high speeds, but for me it is critical compared to overheating.
