This option is great for those who want to equip their kitchen with the most modern and functional appliances. Yes, it is expensive, but top-tier appliances have never been cheap. At least the wife will be happy. My wife was actually a bit shocked – after using a basic Belarusian gas stove, cooking with this one is truly unusual and unfamiliar. This is an oven that is just perfect for the unskilled hostess. We previously had a Gefest stove with the standard crooked gas oven. My wife had a complicated relationship with it, to put it mildly — they did not like each other. She rarely managed to find the right temperature, which isn't surprising since there was no thermometer, and the stove also tended to over-dry or even char the far end of the baking tray. However, everything is completely different with this oven. It has nearly a hundred preset recipes for a variety of dishes, where the oven itself knows what level to set the baking tray, which mode to activate, and how long and at what temperature to bake a particular product. With this helper, my wife's kitchen failures are a thing of the past. The temperature probe also greatly contributes to this. With it, the result is at least good and most often excellent. In addition to the standard modern oven modes, it features steam and moist hot air processing. Therefore, the oven can quickly reheat food or even steam cook. My wife also appreciated the easy-clean enamel, saying it's indeed much easier to handle. It was very expensive; I had to really push myself to furnish the whole kitchen, and this oven became one of the most expensive pieces of equipment. |
