Steam cooking

The Electrolux oven supports 8 cooking modes. One of them is SteamCrisp. In fact, this is a double boiler mode, because there is a special reservoir for adding water, which is first heated and then fed into the 72-liter oven in a vapor state. It is stated that steam will make pastries ruddy, soft and fluffy, and baked dishes even juicier. Plus, when cooking, you can reduce the amount of fat, making food less caloric and healthier.
