Если уж менять газовую плиту на отдельную варочную поверхность и духовой шкаф, то делать это с умом и подбирать их тщательно. С варочной поверхностью это получилось, она стала более удобной в использовании, чем прежняя плита. Но настоящий прорыв получился с духовкой. Жена была в самом настоящем восторге и первый месяц чуть ли не каждые два-три дня что-нибудь в ней готовила. Я тоже не чужд кулинарии и на выходных, при приготовлении домашней буженины, прибегал к ее помощи. И вот что я Вам скажу – по сравнению с газовыми моделями это просто небо и земля. Такой равномерности и точного поддержания заданной температуры Вам не даст ни одна духовка с газовым подогревом. Это не просто слова жены, это и я могу со всей уверенностью утверждать. Очень приличный объем, в который можно запихнуть даже крупную птицу. Мы еще такого не готовили, но в ближайшее время (скорее всего на новогодние праздники) попробуем. Высокая мощность и как следствие высокая скорость прогрева самой духовки и продуктов в ней готовящихся. Это дает существенную экономию времени. Очень хорошо и равномерно прогревает тесто, мясо, овощи, да прост любой обрабатываемый продукт. Это, я считаю, является самой главной фишкой этой духовки. Весь секрет в комбинации верхнего и нижнего нагрева в сочетании с конвекцией. Жена говорит, что для выпечки ничего лучшего еще не придумали и пробуя ее пироги я склонен соглашаться. Так же супруга хвалит телескопические направляющие, таймер и систему паровой очистки. Все это упрощает работу и обслуживание духовки, то есть делает жизнь хозяйки проще. Немного шумит вращающимся вентилятором. Но, во-первых шум ненавязчивый, а во вторых, чаще всего, параллельно духовке работает купольная вытяжка и она гораздо громче. |

This is steam cleaning, for which you need to pour 0.5 liters of water into a deep baking sheet and start a special half-hour mode. After it, dirt on the internal surfaces is removed with an ordinary damp cloth.
Increased ease of use
Gorenje BO 635 E20 is equipped with an external cooling fan that prevents excessive heating of the outer walls of the oven. The only drawback of this functionality is noisy work.
Combined control is represented by recessed rotary switches and a touchpad with a child lock. But it is impossible to mechanically block the oven door itself.
