Advanced top-of-the-range built-in oven with MultiFlow 360° layered cooking and even baking. The oven is equipped with PureSteam. This model uses a touch-sensitive ProCook setting unit with 22 cooking modes. The oven can not only fry, boil and bake. Thanks to a wide heating range (30-230 °C), the device is capable of, among other things, defrosting semi-finished products and heating dishes.
There is a separate mode for drying products. The oven is adapted for sous-vide cooking. There is even the possibility of fermenting dessert yogurt. The Gorenje Superior BCS 798 S24 BG oven received a unique UltraCoolDoor door with a special GentleClose door closer. Such a sash has the most quiet and easy move, while it can be fixed in any position. The door leaf stays safely warm, even when the brazier heats up intensely. The oven has a DC+ housing cooling system, making it possible to safely mount the appliance next to other kitchen appliances and furniture. The oven is equipped with a MeatProbe temperature probe, thanks to which it will be possible to bake large-sized products with high quality.
