The air cap is equipped with an auto-rotation system that distributes airflow at an angle of up to 90°. An electric motor with a power of 35 W is responsible for the force of the air flow. The HOLMER HFS-1217B floor fan has a system for adjusting the airflow intensity.

There are three buttons to adjust the ventilation speed, and there is also a switch. On the back of the air cap there is an auto-rotate button. The spinner has an inclined blade impeller.
