Keenetic Start KN-1112

A relatively inexpensive wireless home router of N300 class with four Fast Ethernet network ports (up to 100 Mbps), and KeeneticOS proprietary firmware with the capability of cloud management through KeenDNS and a large number of settings. It is the most affordable model of Keenetic in 2023, designed for creating wired and wireless Wi-Fi 4 networks. It can become a reliable basis for network infrastructure in a small apartment, cottage, or small office with a limited number of stationary PCs (up to 3 units).

The Keenetic Start KN-1112 router is housed in a simple and practical rectangular plastic casing that easily fits into modern home or office interiors. The hardware configuration of the device, built on the Mediatek MT7628N platform, supports MIMO 2x2 multi-stream data transmission technology, with a theoretical connection speed of up to 300 Mbps (the maximum real transfer speed is 130-140 Mbps). The declared speed characteristics are more than sufficient for surfing, seamless operation of cloud services and web applications, comfortable online gaming, FullHD video streaming, video conferencing, and other home/office tasks. It supports operation in large seamless Keenetic MESH networks.
