Если хотите прироста в скорости, то берите. Но не повторяйте моих ошибок - пусть подключит кто-нибудь знающий, иначе через несколько месяцев выкинете. Система с этим диском действительно работала куда быстрее, честно говоря я даже удивился У меня он сгорел через два месяца. Знакомый говорит что это потому ячто я неправильно его использовал.
