I bought the Miе Stiro steam generator last year. The thermostat fell off the next day. The steam generator stopped producing steam. During its first use, water leaked from the iron. During the next use, steam came not from the iron, but from under the entire casing! I returned it to the service center under warranty for the first time. They fixed the thermostat and the check valve. I returned it a second time to the service center: the thermostat broke and again the thermostat issue. Repaired on 03.06.2021, and on 04.06.2021 the steam generator didn't work again, even at the service center it wouldn't turn on!!! I ask the manufacturer to refund my money!!! The product is of poor quality!!! All documents are available in electronic and paper form! The steam generator is still under warranty!! My next step is to file a lawsuit! I can conclude: Mie is unprofessional equipment!!! I haven’t been able to properly iron my family’s clothes for a year, and I don’t have money for another iron!
