We bought a new iron, I’m happy with the purchase, we used to have a regular one until it broke down, but this one also comes with a steamer. We chose it based on the characteristics and the pricing policy suited it. Its power is quite good. Irons different types of fabrics perfectly and without problems, both thick and thin fabrics. I also really liked the design, it looks stylish and beautiful. The capacity is decent (320 ml). The iron is equipped with a self-cleaning system for descaling. You can adjust the steam power. In terms of safety, an automatic shutdown function has been conveniently invented. So overall it’s a convenient thing, I figured it out quickly. It handles standard iron functions without causing any inconvenience while ironing. The handle is rubberized, providing a firm and secure grip. An important aspect for me is the quality of the assembly and the absence of water leaks, which can sometimes cause electric shocks. With this iron, such issues never occurred. It's great that nothing drips from the hole where water is poured, nor does it run down the body of the iron when the lid is closed. I've never seen an iron with a cord as long as this one before, usually 1-1.5 meters, but the MIE d4 has a whole 2.5 meters. Now I don't need to reach for an extension cord; the length is sufficient to connect to the outlet comfortably. In the box, I found a mat to place under the hot iron. Interestingly, it features a protective sensor, which is great for forgetful users. When ironing bed linen sets made from thick and heavy fabrics, I turn the steam supply to the maximum - creases and wrinkles are smoothed out in a couple of passes. This is probably due to the power of the steamer within the iron. The color of the casing looks somewhat unusual; I used to have irons with lighter colors, but this one is quite contrasting. However, it feels pleasant and comfortable to touch. All standard functions are present, with an emphasis on the quality of the construction. Build quality is top-notch.
