Design and color. - The bike began to crumble after the 35th kilometer;

I rode only on weekends 20-30 km in dry weather. After about 4 months of using the bike, I decided to carry out a complete maintenance with a complete disassembly. I was shocked by what I saw (see photo 2-3). The frame inside was covered with rust, even though I never drove in the rain. I had to urgently treat with a rust converter and then blow out all the Movil inside.
There is absolutely no customer support, you bought and forgot about you. Neither on the official website nor on the Facebook page do not respond.
Below is the chronology-nicrology of the bike :)
12 km - the seatpost mount stopped holding. I recommend changing the mount to a normal one or adding another one!
35 km - the bearing on the pedal crumbled;
157 km - the ratchet on the rear wheel stopped working, but then after 20 km it started working;
182 km - Transmission failures began, the chain began to jump over one star;
338 km - The braid on the steering wheel broke;
460 km - The KMC chain began to slip over the teeth of the sprocket, although I lubricated every 100-200 km with Squirt paraffin grease. I had to change the chain.
In general, the purchase is not satisfied. It is better to take the American Marin for this money.
