A large and highly performant metal fruit dryer from a Ukrainian manufacturer. The drying chamber has an impressive volume (35 L) and consists of seven metal rectangular mesh trays (the mesh is made of high-alloy food grade stainless steel). The quiet and reliable fan on bearing support provides a stable vertical stream of warm air. Precise control of the drying process is carried out using a manual thermostat. The high power of the heating element (820 W) provides rapid heating of the air to intensify the removal of moisture.
Fruit dryer ProfitM ESP1 is designed for domestic use. It can be safely recommended to users who prepare significant quantities of products and want to have reliable control over the process to obtain the highest quality result. The mechanical control system with a rotary knob makes it possible to flexibly set the temperature within the range from 30 to 90 °C (thermostat switching step 5 °C). To ensure safe operation of the dryer, an automatic overheating shutdown system is provided.
