I bought it as a file dump, I had an SSD with 250 GB on me. One morning it started making loud noises - I realized: this is a sign. I quickly turned it on and checked the status through Crystal Disk Info, and saw - poor technical condition and that very noise. That same day I tried to download GTA 5. I downloaded it, but the installer started saying that the final amount didn't match. The files didn't fully download. I thought the torrent was corrupted. I re-downloaded it several times - it was all the same. It stopped working altogether the next day. Well, how it stopped - it recognized all the files, but when trying to open or move them - the explorer would freeze dead in the middle of the operation. It died after 800 hours.
Bottom line: I'm left with a dead disk, SSD, no money, I downloaded GTA 5.
Trash the Toshiba drives! Down with reallocated sectors!
-Price
-Lack of durability
-Shakey, clattered and clicked during operation, very irritating

Well, if you need an HDD and don't have much money...

It just is, it just works. It came along with a Fujitsu laptop and overall showed itself quite well. Yes, it's not fast, but it served me for about 6 years in a work laptop, and it's still working now. For instance, a newer WD Blue died much faster.

I used it purely for work programs for diagnostics and selecting car parts, and maybe Photoshop and a few other heavy applications. It performed quite well. Programs opened quickly, and the browser also had pretty good performance.

Yes, it's quite noisy when it operates, noticeably louder than the laptop's cooling system. In all other aspects, everything is fine; its S.M.A.R.T. status shows as good. Would I buy it now? Of course not! Why would I? Hard drives are a thing of the past. Now only SSDs. Faster, quieter. Yes, they are more expensive than HDDs, but at least you know what you're paying for.

Overall, a normal, ultra-budget storage device that, judging by the reviews, has a fairly high chance of being defective. It seems I was lucky that mine lasted so long.
