Under the Nutrend brand, various types of sports nutrition are produced - proteins, gainers, amino acids and other similar products. The brand is owned by the Czech manufacturer Nutrend DS, whose headquarters are located in the city of Olomouc in the east of the Czech Republic. The company employs about 250 employees and exports its products to almost 60 countries.

The activities of Nutrend DS began in 1993. What was originally a small production facility now occupies considerable territory - 16,500 m² are allocated for warehouses alone. The production facilities are divided into several parts, depending on the type of products produced, and are constantly expanding. The company also actively invests in technology development; it actively sponsors various sports competitions and attracts famous athletes. In its native market, Nutrend is not only popular, but also ranks first among similar products.

Since 2011, the manufacturer has owned the artesian spring “Horský pramen”, located at the foot of the Hrubý Jeseník mountain range and opened in 1989. There, water is extracted from a depth of 170 meters, which is then not only used in production, but also sold in bottles under the Nartes brand.
