The products of the Russian foundry and mechanical plant "SKAD" are known to many motorists. These are cast aluminium wheels designed for a variety of car models. According to the manufacturer, all its products are of high quality, professional designers and engineers are involved in their creation, and the latest technologies are used. SKAD wheels are used by well-known companies such as Mitsubishi, Peugeot, Volkswagen, Renault and Ford.

The history of production began relatively recently - in 2002. It was in the Krasnodar Territory, in the city of Divnogorsk. The very first SKAD brand disc was presented to consumers in 2004. A year later, the company certified the products. And in 2005, she managed to get a Q1 certificate from Ford Motor Company.

For some time, SKAD drives were available exclusively to Russian consumers. However, in 2012, the manufacturer launched the supply of products to other countries. However, most of the products (according to some sources, up to 80%) are still sold in Russia. The company's production capacity allows it to produce up to 2 million discs annually.

Since the middle of 2017, SKAD has been a subsidiary of Russian Aluminium JSC.
