Bosch POF 1400 ACE is a professional milling cutter for household tasks, as well as for work in production. The depth gauge with a ruler allows you to adjust the milling depth from 1 to 55 mm. The depth gauge is additionally equipped with an 8-level depth stop, the adjustment of which will allow for a high-quality sampling of the material in several passes. And for a particularly precise adjustment of the height of the cutter (an error of up to 0.1 mm), a micrometric adjustment knob is provided in the design.

The model is equipped with a long parallel stop, which is fixed by a screw on the milling machine bed. Additionally, a cam stop and a centering pin can be installed, which will allow for curly and circular milling. The soft start function ensures the start of work without jerks and, accordingly, damage to the working material. Depending on the type of wood and its density, it is possible to adjust the speed of the cutter with a 6-step regulator in the range from 11000 to 28000 rpm. The main feature of this model is a large milling depth of 70 mm, which allows you to insert dimensional locks and carry out deep cuts in the workpiece. To achieve high accuracy of the milling cutter stroke adjustment, you can use the adjusting screw located on the depth gauge. For a step-by-step and better sampling of the material, the depth gauge is equipped with a 4-step depth stop. The disadvantage in the design is the presence of only one linear bearing in one of the guides, while in the other there is a plastic sleeve, the durability of which is much less than metal. Also missing is a case in which you could carry the unit.

Rubberized ergonomic handles, as well as a start button lock, provide convenience in operation. It will ensure the operation of the milling machine without the need to constantly press the "gas".
