Low accuracy and accuracy.

The Viper 3 model of the Turkish manufacturer of pneumatic and sports weapons company Voltran Ekol, is considered one of the most popular among ordinary people. And here's why.

The prototype of the Viper 3 was the Smith & Wesson model 19 combat revolver, with which it shares an perfect external similarity. The plastic lining on the handle successfully copies the wood and does not cause negative emotions. But there is also a version with wooden beech linings. At an affordable price, it is impossible not to note the excellent build quality of the Viper 3. The gap between the barrel and the drum is minimal, and the extractor clearly pushes out spent cartridges and does not play.

The 3-inch barrel, trigger mechanism and 9-round drum are made of steel, thanks to which the revolver is perfectly balanced and sits firmly in the hand.

The length of the Viper 3 is only 200 mm, and the weight is 800 grams: a very compact, but at the same time weighty model. Despite the short and smooth 3-inch barrel, the maximum speed of the bullet fired from this well-fed kid is 160 m /s, and the muzzle energy reaches 7.5 J.

Due to the characteristics of the barrel, the accuracy and accuracy of shots are low, but from 5 metres you can get into a beer can without much difficulty. The penetrating ability is also not bad. From ten metres, the bullet enters a 20-millimetre pine board.

The Viper 3 is equipped with an adjustable sight and a trigger mechanism that allows you to fire self-cocking or with a pre-cocking trigger. The descent is very short, but soft, and the recoil is not annoying.

The Turkish-made Meydan Stalker 4.5" model is an example of a successful symbiosis of acceptable quality and affordable price.

The appearance of the Stalker 4.5" is so realistic that at first glance it is easy to mistake it for a combat one. It seems that the revolver is made of blued steel, although, in fact, it's just black paint, by the way, not very resistant. The drum and barrel are steel, the rest of the body, including the trigger mechanism, are made of silumin.

The handle is made of plastic, which quite realistically imitates wood. Despite such a difference in materials, the revolver is well balanced, and the barrel almost does not pull down.

The weapon fits well in the hand. With a weight of 850 grams and a long 4.5-inch barrel, it will definitely suit men, but it may be too big for the gentle half of humanity.

The Stalker drum holds 9 rounds of the standard "Flaubert" caliber of 4 mm. The barrel is smooth, which is why the accuracy of the shot is not high, but the accuracy of shooting is acceptable, due to the large length of the barrel. In addition, a smooth barrel, unlike a rifled one, is easier to care for, but perhaps its advantages end there. High penetration is provided due to the initial velocity of the bullet 170 m/ s. It easily penetrates a tin can from 5-7 metres, and the effective firing range is 10 m.

The adjustable rear sight and front sight act as aiming elements. The double-action trigger mechanism works by self-cocking and with preliminary cocking of the trigger, which, to its credit, works quite smoothly, without strained effort.

In general, the Meydan Stalker 4.5" is an excellent inexpensive choice for entertaining shooting.

The Profi 4.5” revolver from the east european manufacturer of the Kharkiv trademark Zbroia, which is rapidly gaining popularity among compatriots with its inexpensive but high-quality products, is the golden mean between cheap Turkish models and expensive Czech and German ones. The first Zbroia Profi wins in quality and characteristics, the second – in price.

Profi 4.5" boasts excellent wear resistance, which is achieved by using high-quality steel, good assembly and primary "running-in". All Zbroia products undergo thorough pre-sale preparation.

The barrel, drum and trigger mechanism are made of alloy steel and are designed for 10,000 shots! The drum with the wasted chambers and the built-in extractor holds 9 cartridges.

Profi 4.5" is available in two versions of handle pads: plastic and wooden beech. The first one looks more compact, the second one is large with characteristic finger notches, thanks to which the Profi 4.5” fits comfortably in the hand. The body of the revolver is covered with a thin layer of paint, which easily peels off when struck, but does not suffer at all from being worn in a holster and just careful handling.

The rifled 4.5-inch barrel "spits out" a bullet at a speed of 180 m/s. The power of the shot (7.5 J) is quite enough to penetrate a galvanized sheet from 7 metres. Accuracy, according to user reviews, is also quite high and persists even at a distance of 10 to 15 metres from the target.

The double-acting trigger mechanism simplifies use, the platoon and descent work smoothly.

The rear end is unregulated and this is perhaps the only significant drawback of this revolver.

Otherwise, Zbroia Profi 4.5" is a good choice for developing skills in handling weapons and entertaining shooting.

Uncomfortable handle.

The revolver RL 4’ of the Czech company Kora Brno, known for the quality and reliability of its models, belongs to the middle price segment, but is distinguished by unprecedented power.

The refined design of the RL 4’ with handle pads made of wood or plastic (two versions) immediately catches the eye. The four–inch barrel and 8-round drum are made of steel used in the production of military weapons, and the body is made of a durable zinc, aluminium and copper alloy, which is quite difficult to damage.

There are no complaints about the assembly, but there are a couple to the design. Many users note a large gap between the body and the drum and an uncomfortable handle, which is frankly small for a large palm.

The steel rifled barrel and not wasted chambers of the drum provide an unprecedented high bullet velocity for such weapons in the range of 200-260 m/s. Passing through the barrel channel, the bullet spins, receiving additional energy. As a result, the RL 4’ easily penetrates a zinc bucket from five metres. However the rifled barrel must be cleaned regularly, but this further enhances the similarity with a combat weapon.

The double-acting trigger mechanism made of high-strength steel works like a Swiss watch, providing good accuracy of shooting. The sight is adjustable, which adds accuracy to the shot. From eight metres, bullets can easily fit into a circle with a diameter of 10 cm!

Kora Brno RL 4" is rightfully considered one of the best, and fully justifies its expensive cost.

The revolver chambered for Flaubert Alfa 441 4" is one of the best creations of the Czech arms manufacturer ALFA-PROJ. Is a prototype of the Latek RF-431 Price from 4 020 up to 7 070 ₴ of Ukrainian production, which is significantly inferior to Alpha in quality, but wins in price. When choosing a Flaubert revolver, it is important not to confuse Alfa 441 with its Ukrainian counterpart, since they are absolutely identical in appearance.

Alfa 441 occupies leading positions in the ratings of weapons under the cartridge of Flaubert and, believe me, there is something.

Alfa 441 was created in 2011 on the basis of the then popular 440 model. From its predecessor, the revolver inherited a 4-inch rifled barrel, an automatic platoon system and a 9-charge drum. In addition, the new model received an adjustable sight, which pleased connoisseurs.

The weight of the product 860 g indicates the high quality of the materials used. The barrel, drum and trigger mechanism are made of alloy steel and are designed for at least 5000 shots.

It is supplied in a chrome and blued case with a wooden or plastic handle, respectively.

Thanks to the well-chosen profile and finger notches on the handle pads, the Alfa 441 is very comfortable in the hand.

Thanks to the barrel rifling, the initial velocity of the Alfa 441 bullet is 180 m/s. A very good indicator for Flaubert revolvers with wasted chambers, quite sufficient to ensure high penetration. Accuracy is also not bad, but not the best: from 5-6 metres, bullets fall into a 10x10 cm square.

The adjustable rear sight allows you to quickly shoot the revolver, and the high, but neat, contrasting front sight is clearly distinguishable even at dusk. The smoothness of the trigger mechanism is pleasantly surprising. By the way, it can be adjusted with a special screw hidden under the handle pad.

But the extractor and the drum retainer are quite tight and require development and lubrication.

In general, the model is commendable, and if it were not for the price, the pleasure of using it would be much greater.
