The car cooler Ezetil E 21 S is designed to work from the on-board network of the machine in 12 V and at the same time the manufacturer declares the possibility of functioning from the household network. Which is convenient, you can always take the power cords with you, since a compartment for storing them is provided in the lid of the container, and there is a handle for carrying the refrigerator. The heating function is not claimed by the manufacturer, so it will not be possible to warm up the contents of the container without the help of other equipment.

For more optimal storage of products, the manufacturer of this model suggests pre-freezing them in a home refrigerator and recommends using pre-cooled refrigerating elements in the freezer. The latter allow you to keep the temperature inside the chamber as low as possible, because the car cooler itself is able to provide a temperature only 16 °C below the ambient temperature.

The G26 model from MOBICOOL provides exclusively cooling of products. The heating function is not provided by the manufacturer, although this thermo-container functions due to the Peltier semiconductor element. This model has a cable storage compartment in the lid and a double ventilation system. A handle is provided for carrying, which is also a lid lock in the closed state.

The refrigerator provides maximum cooling of products at 20 °C below the ambient temperature, and the minimum temperature in the container is 5 °C. Let in the summer heat (above 30 °C) such indicators are unattainable, nevertheless MOBICOOL provides minus 15-16 °C. So cool drinks will be at your fingertips even away from civilization. By the way, it is liquids even in large 1.5-2 liter bottles that can be placed vertically inside this car cooler. This is facilitated by the internal volume of 26 liters and the corresponding height of the camera.

This model has two modes of operation (cooling and temperature maintenance), but it is better to put the products in it already cooled and then, even when disconnected from the power grid, it will be able to maintain their temperature for several hours thanks to a polyurethane foam insulator.

Like other similar refrigerators, the MOBICOOL G26 can operate from the household power supply and from the vehicle's on-board network (12V). In cooling mode, it consumes relatively little power (up to 50 watts), however, the battery monitoring function is not provided here, so that with the engine turned off, you can noticeably reduce the battery charge of the car.

Dometic Waeco CoolFun CX 30

WAECO CoolFun CX 30 is one of the largest car coolers in terms of internal volume in this review. In 29 liters of internal space, large-sized food packages and large plastic bottles (up to 6 pcs) can be conveniently placed. At the same time, externally, the container has a relatively small size, which will allow it to be conveniently placed both in the boot and in the car interior.

The CoolFun CX 30 from WAECO can cool the contents 20°C below the temperature than the outside of the container. Nevertheless, it is better to load it with products from a regular refrigerator. Do not expect that at +15 °C the car cooler will be able to freeze food. According to the manufacturer, the minimum temperature that can be reached inside the container is +1 °C.

Thermoelectric design provides the possibility of heating products, which for some people can be a big plus. In the heating mode inside the chamber, a temperature of +65 °C can be reached, and this is quite enough to warm up the food before eating. By the way, both heating and cooling can not only be turned on, but also adjusted, which is not available in most models of this price range.

The manufacturer also took care of the quality of the design. The inner walls of this container have an antibacterial coating, and the outer walls are made of plastic resistant to mechanical damage and scratches. The handle can be used not only for carrying, but also as a stand under the open lid when loading and unloading products.

Ezetil E 28 S car refrigerator is slightly more expensive than other models in the review. However, it does not have a heating mode (although this model operates according to the traditional thermoelectric principle). On the other hand, it has its advantages. So, this model is from a reputable German manufacturer and it can cool products at 18 °C below ambient temperature.

A big plus of this model is the large internal volume of 28 liters. The design and internal dimensions of the refrigerator allow you to install up to six 1.5-liter plastic bottles vertically in it. And the minimum temperature to which products can be cooled is 5 °C.

The polyurethane foam layer is responsible for maintaining the set temperature pressure, and the lid has a reliable seal. For greater efficiency, the manufacturer recommends filling the container with chilled products and, if possible, using refrigerating elements. Inside the chamber there is a built-in fan that evenly distributes cold air throughout the volume of the container. However, at high load, the fan noise is noticeably loud, which can cause discomfort to passengers when transporting a refrigerator in the car.

Ezetil E 28 S can work both from the vehicle's on-board network and from a regular household network with a voltage of 230 V, to which it is connected using a special cable. The power cords in transport mode can be placed in a special compartment of the lid.
